Solar Graphics and Town & Country Signs merge

We are very pleased to announce that Town & Country Signs has been acquired by
Solar Graphics (GB) Ltd with effect from 31st March 2008 and these two successful
companies have been merged to create
Solar Graphics (GB) Ltd trading as Town & Country Signs.

Both companies have long standing traditions, established collectively over 50 years,
of good product derivation and customer service. The merger will provide the best of
both companies experience resulting in further benefits to both Town & Country and
Solar Graphics' existing and future clientele.

Following planned redevelopment of the Chrisp Street location and the outgrowing of
the Finch Drive location, the new business will now be based at :

47 Braintree Business Park, Blackwell Drive, Braintree, Essex, CM7 2PU

The company will continue to serve London City, West End and Docklands on a regular
basis each week, so there should be no noticeable change in the timing of installations,
as well as serving the Home Counties and further a field as usual.

We should like to thank existing customers for your ongoing support and look forward to
servicing your requirements again in the near future
