Graphics Artwork Guide.
For best results we recommend you supply any artworks in
the following formats :
ideally as a 'vector' file .........
EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
convert all fonts to curves / outlines.
Ai (Adobe Illustrator)
CDR (Corel Draw) Up to version 13
(Corel Draw X3)
PDF (Portable Document Format)
COLOURS : reproduction of critical colours cannot be left to chance.
It is essential that you make us aware of any critical colours BEFORE
we go into production.
FONTS : If possible, please turn all fonts in your artwork to curves /
outlines
thus eliminating the need to provide fonts. If this cannot be done then
please
check with us to ensure we have the fonts in our database. Ideally, please
supply all fonts with your artwork.
Once your artwork is ready, please forward it to :

IMPORTANT NOTES :
ALL documents MUST be in PC format.
we CANNOT accept any MAC Files.
Please DO NOT send .JPEG or .GIF documents,
as these will not be high enough quality to reproduce.
Your marketing department or the original
designer
should be able to supply you with your artwork in the
required format.
